I would like to introduce myself. My name is Brian CdeBaca and I will be the coach of the Daisies. I am very excited about the new and upcoming spring '05 soccer season.

My philosophy: This season (and every season) is for the girls to learn and have fun at the same time. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy winning. However, my priority is for the girls to have fun, try their best, and learn some new skills.

My background: I played soccer in Lubbock from the time I was 4 to 16 yrs old and a few years as an adult in Dallas. As a coach, I am a 2nd generation soccer coach in my family following my father and older brother. I refereed for 5 of those years, so I generally will side with the referee's decisions.

Assistant Coach: Howard Saucier I want to take a moment to thank Howard Saucier for helping me with coaching the Daisies this Spring. I know he will be a valuable addition to the team this year. Howard has been involved with soccer for many years including the years of coaching his son's team.

I hope all of the parents will take a moment at some point during the season to stop and thank Howard for his help with the team.
