First Night Game Introduces Firsts for the Daisies
For those who were able to attend tonight's game, you were watching a Daisies team that was motivated and ready to play. We got to experience our first night game and our first penalty kick. Fortunately we converted the penalty kick to a goal.

Coach Howard told the girls at halftime the rest of our games would be at night under the lights because they seemed to play better at night. All the players faces smiled with joy with the thought of always playing at night. One comment that stood out in my mind was one Daisies saying she could not concentrate at school today because she was so excited about the night game. I just wish we could carry those thoughts over to every game (not the not concentrating in school, but rather the exitement abou the games).

Texas Tech vs SMU Women's Soccer
at

A great time was had by all who attended the Texas Tech/SMU Women's Soccer game, Sept 16th. We got to see a great game end in a 0-0 tie after playing two sudden-death overtime halves.

Women's 2007 World Cup
