REMINDER
We DO NOT have practice tonight due to Mesquite ISD Meet the Teacher Night. Our next practice will be Monday, Sept 3rd at 6:30pm at the practice fields.

We do not have any games this weekend!
Our next game is scheduled for Monday, Sept 10th at 7:45pm on field #12. NOTE the field change for night games.

Daisies Team Calendar Updated
The Daisies Team Calendars have been updated with all the games and practices for the entire season. Be sure to look at the calendar in September because have two Monday night games on September 10th and 24th at 7:45pm.

New Challenges Presented and Goal Accomplished
What a great weekend of soccer we just finished! There were alot of questions to be answered and results were very positive. We have been working on some different concepts this season and it appears the Daisies have been paying attention at practice.

I was hoping we could hold our own against the Lady Knights and they were even more ferocious than I last remembered. We played a very tough first 25 minutes and our motivation was quickly drained in the second half.

One might have thought we would end up somewhat flat for Sunday's game and this was just the contrary. The Daisies were "firing" on all cyclinders on Sunday. We controlled just about the entire game against the Diamonds. It did help having full squad and the Diamonds with only one player as a sub.

I hope everyone has an enjoyable and safe Labor Day weekend. Yes, we do have practice on Monday night at 6:30pm. If we wait to have practice on Tuesday, we will not have a goal to practice on.
